Footnote symbols used on this site
* All-in starting prices assume payment by bank transfer. Credit card payments add a 3.5% processing fee. Prices are for full-time roles (40 hrs/week) and vary by role and experience level; your quote confirms the exact price.
† US cost estimates for each role use the national average (mean) annual wage for the closest occupation in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ May 2025 Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, plus 42.6% for employer-paid benefits and payroll taxes (BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, private industry, December 2025), divided by 12. The headline figures “Typical US hire ~$6,500/month” and “up to 70% less” are based on the roles StaffRight’s clients have hired since 2020 and compare against base pay only, so they are lower than the full estimates. All figures exclude recruiting, office and equipment costs, and actual costs vary by role, location and experience.
‡ Average savings are based on StaffRight’s current clients (2020–2026), comparing each client’s monthly StaffRight fee with the base pay of a comparable full-time US hire, before benefits and payroll taxes. Including those costs (see †) would show larger savings. Estimates only. Individual savings vary by role, experience level, location and payment method, and are not guaranteed. Past results do not guarantee future savings.
§ Hiring timelines are typical, not guaranteed, and depend on the role, experience level, your requirements and interview availability. Some hires take 21 days or longer.

Pricing
- Prices shown are starting prices for full-time roles (40 hours a week). StaffRight does not offer part-time or freelance placements.
- “All-in” means the monthly fee covers the professional’s salary, benefits, equipment, HR, payroll, replacement costs and your dedicated account manager. It assumes payment by bank transfer. Credit card payments add a 3.5% processing fee.
- Prices vary by role, experience level and requirements. The price in your written quote or signed agreement is the price that applies. Website prices are not an offer and may change without notice.
- The cost estimate tool on the homepage gives estimates only. It does not create a quote or a contract.
US cost estimates
- US cost figures (marked †) estimate the monthly cost of employing a comparable full-time US hire: the average (mean) annual wage for the role, plus 42.6% for employer-paid benefits and payroll taxes, divided by 12.
- Headline figures: “Typical US hire ~$6,500/month” and “up to 70% less” reflect the roles StaffRight’s clients have hired since 2020, compared against US base pay. Once benefits and payroll taxes are added, the full estimate for most roles is higher (see the cost calculator and comparison table), so these headline figures are lower than the full estimates.
- Full source list with links: see Sources.
- Wage data: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (May 2025), national average (mean) annual wage for the closest matching occupation. Where no reliable match exists, we show StaffRight’s price with no comparison.
- Benefits and payroll taxes: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, December 2025 (released March 20, 2026). Private industry employers paid an average of $13.79 an hour in benefits on top of $32.36 an hour in wages and salaries, which is 42.6% of wages. Benefits in this figure include paid leave, supplemental pay such as overtime and bonuses, insurance, retirement contributions and legally required benefits (Social Security, Medicare, unemployment insurance and workers’ compensation).
- We apply the same 42.6% to every role. Actual benefit costs vary by employer, role, industry and location. The estimates exclude recruiting costs, office space, equipment and software, so your actual costs may be higher or lower.
Savings figures
- Savings percentages in the cost calculator compare StaffRight’s price with the full US cost estimate for the same role (see †). They are estimates, not a promise of savings.
- “Up to 70% less” is based on the savings StaffRight’s clients have seen, measured against US base pay. Against the full estimate, some roles show larger savings.
- The average savings figure (marked ‡) is based on StaffRight’s current clients (2020–2026) and compares against US base pay only, so it is lower than the savings the full estimates would show. Individual savings vary by role, experience level, location and payment method. Past results do not guarantee future savings.
Hiring timelines
- “In as little as 14 days” and similar phrases describe the fastest typical timeline, not a guarantee. Timelines depend on the role, experience level, your requirements and interview availability. Some hires take 21 days or longer (§).
- “Meet candidates by day 10” describes a typical timeline for common roles.
Vetting and “top 1%”
- “300+ applicants screened per hire” and “top 1%” are based on StaffRight’s recruiting records for 2020–2026: a minimum of 300 applicants were screened for each candidate presented to a client. The ratio varies by role and market.
- Screening steps (English voice screen, skills tests, interviews and reference checks) are StaffRight’s standard process. They reduce, but cannot remove, the risk that a hire is not the right fit.
Company statistics
- “700+ professionals placed” counts all professionals placed by StaffRight since 2020, as of October 12, 2026.
- “3.4 years average hire tenure” is the average length of placement for all professionals placed by StaffRight since 2020, as of October 12, 2026.
- “90% still with their client after 12 months” is the share of all professionals placed by StaffRight since 2020 still working with the same client 12 months after their start date, as of October 12, 2026.
- Other figures are updated at least every 12 months.
Free replacement
If a professional is not the right fit, StaffRight will search for a replacement at no additional fee. Replacement is subject to the terms in your client agreement, including that fees for the period already worked remain payable. See Terms of Use.
Testimonials and case studies
- Testimonials and case studies reflect the real experience of the named clients. Clients were not paid or given any other benefit for their testimonials.
- Results described (for example sales growth or time saved) were reported by the client and are specific to their business. They are not typical and your results will vary.
- Quotes may be lightly edited for length and clarity with the client’s approval. Names, titles and photos are used with permission.
Client logos and trademarks
Client names and logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners. Their use does not imply endorsement of StaffRight beyond the testimonial or case study shown.
