Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, work email, phone number, company name, role you are hiring for, industry, and anything you type into forms, or the cost estimate tool.
- Booking information: the date and time you choose and any notes you add when you book a call.
- Client information: billing contacts, payment details (processed by our payment provider), job descriptions and feedback on candidates.
- Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information or government ID through this site. Please do not include it in forms or messages.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and run calls you book.
- To provide our staffing services, including matching candidates, onboarding, payroll and account management.
- To send service messages and, where permitted, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the website, including analytics and fraud prevention.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our agreements.
Calls and emails
If you book a call or give us your phone number, we use it only to contact you about your enquiry or booking. We do not send marketing text messages. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-out requests promptly. We do not sell or rent your contact details.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@getstaffright.com. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within the time required by law. You may use an authorised agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
Making a request and appeals
- We respond to verified requests within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time as the law allows.
- You can use an authorised agent. We may ask the agent for proof of authority and ask you to confirm your identity.
- If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing privacy@getstaffright.com with the subject “Privacy appeal”. We will respond within the time required by your state’s law. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry and lead records for 2 years, client records for the length of the relationship plus 6 years for tax and legal purposes, and analytics data for 26 months.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
International transfers
StaffRight operates in the United States, the Philippines and Mexico. Your information may be processed in any of these countries, under safeguards consistent with this policy.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Job applicants
This site is for businesses. If you are looking for a job with StaffRight, please apply at staffrightcareers.com. Applications are handled under the privacy notice on that site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell clients about material changes.
