Who can use this site
This site is for businesses and people acting for a business. You must be at least 18 to use it or to book a call. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you are authorised to act for that company.
Our services and client agreements
- StaffRight places vetted, full-time overseas professionals (40 hours a week) with businesses. We do not offer part-time or freelance placements.
- Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Prices, timelines, free replacement and other service terms are set out in your quote and signed client agreement, which take priority over this site.
- Free replacement: if a professional is not the right fit, we will search for a replacement at no additional placement fee, as described in your client agreement.
Hiring a StaffRight professional directly, or engaging them outside StaffRight, is governed by your client agreement, including any non-solicitation and conversion terms.
Estimates and information on this site
Prices, US cost comparisons, savings figures and timelines on this site are estimates for general information. See our Disclosures for how they are calculated. Content is not legal, tax or employment advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
- Try to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or disrupt the site.
- Scrape, copy or resell site content or candidate information without our written permission.
- Submit false information or information about another person without their consent.
Intellectual property
The site, including text, design, logos and graphics, belongs to StaffRight or its licensors. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own business use.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@getstaffright.com with the subject “Copyright notice”, a description of the work, where it appears on the site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised. We will review and remove content where appropriate.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StaffRight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StaffRight LLC and its affiliates, officers and employees from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that you did not have the right to share.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
General terms
- Electronic communications: you agree that notices and messages we send by email or through the site satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
- Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver: not enforcing a term is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement: these terms are the full agreement about your use of the site. Your signed client agreement governs our staffing services.
- Assignment: you may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them to an affiliate or a successor business.
- Events outside our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, natural disasters or government action.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
